CF Pharmacy

We used them for ADEKS drops because our pharmacist sometimes had problems getting them and when we were on the Tobi Foundation program.

I had similar issues with billing. The first time I ordered ADEKs they didn't send it because it wasn't covered under our insurance and "they weren't sure if we wanted it" ?? Hello? We ordered it, didn't we? And sometimes they'd charge our card and sometimes they'd send us a bill and after so many bills, I just sent them a check and ended up with a credit.

I also had issues with getting them to return calls regarding billing issues. Also, with the tobi foundation, we sometimes had issues with customer service people saying they'd sent it, only to find out they didn't.

I never had issues with the online ordering -- I would place my adeks order and get it in a timely manner. Unfortunately with the tobi foundation, that wasn't an option, so we'd have to deal with people over the phone.

I have heard that certain CF Pharmacy branches are better than others -- we always dealt with Maryland. People from Texas indicated they had wonderful service.

i started getting my meds from them a few months ago and i've not had any problems with them, so far they're great, but i'm in texas, so i guess thats a different branch than other people? i didn't know they had different parts but i've not had any problems with them, they ship overnight, they're always there at about 9 o clock the next morning via fed ex and billing has always been fairly simple, beats the heck out of the podunk small town pharmacy disaster thats being run around here, thats why i switched to cf services

I used it a few times. First time was for HTS about 4 years ago & end of 2008 & this year for insulin pen & enzymes.</end quote></div>

Wow I didn't know that the CF pharmacy covered insulin pens, I know they covered regular and NPH when I was on it though. So, they cover Novolog and Lantus, right?

But I use the CF pharmacy all the time, except the local pharmacy for some common meds or ones the pharmacy won't cover. But the billing is ass backwards. They hound me relentlessly for money, and then I call them and they tell me it's a mistake. I remember the one time I argued with the receptionist about free meds, and how I shouldn't pay, I said Jesus never asked for an insurance card before he healed someone, and then I heard silence for about 30 seconds. Geese, you can tell these people aren't paid to think.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I use them for my hypertonic saline.

I'd have to say ditto for the lousy billing department. We elected to have our bill automatically charged to the credit card each time I order the saline. Six times now, I have had to call, pay the bill, and tell them it should be on auto pay. They still have not gotten it right and it annoys me to no end.
