i have had problems but when I call it gets cleared up. the only problem i have is i dont get a monthly bill...i got a bill for a 6 month thing. it had charges on it i owed them $40 from february. What happened is that month i had meds shipped to me overnight and my insurances dont cover overnighting shipments. an somehow it got double billed or something weird. Anyway when I called in they took care of it so I owe them nothing now. Only when things are over nighted and its only $15 for overnighting. but i have had wonderful service here in texas. one lady i deal with thats at the texas cf pharmacy is wonderful. i have heard bad stories about the cf pharmacy from other states though.
We had a terrible time in this last year with the pharmacy- inept people running the billing department in my opinion. I was in tears one day with a woman who started out saying we owed 900.00- feasible- when the conversation was over it was 5,000.00.-not feasible. I finally said cancel my order and I will never use you again. I am now using Kmart pharmacy and it is better-they can get all the meds we use and about the same price- of course I have to pay upfront but at least when I get reimbursed I know its mine. They did make a change with the billing forms they send and I think its better. Our account is still not in the clear- I got a phone call from some of the bigwigs and they have been very nice. We had orders from months ago that had not been filed. They told me that most of the people in billing had been let go so maybe things will get better.
I have two insurances and they seem to only bill one, then I have to pay the difference when they billed
my second insurance they would pay. I keep calling to tell them this and they say they will bill the second
insurance but then I get a bill again. I realy am getting to the point I hate that pharmecy.

I have to say I no longer use them because of an insurance issue too.
I had medical coverage for Colistin and TOBI and a prescription card for enzymes, etc and they could never get that straight. They would re-file for TOBI, etc w/ my Rx card over and over again & I finally just quit getting stuff from them.
It seemed there was pretty good job turnover there too and every few months I would have a person with a different name handling my account and would have to try to explain it all over again with this person.
