I have been using the CF pharmacy exclusively (spelling?) I have not had any problems at all. When I call in a prescription I usually receive it in about 2-3 days via UPS. I would recommend them. They also send CF newletters out when you get a prescription reordered...which I enjoy.

I have had great luck with them for the past 1.5 years. I have heard that many people do have problems but I think that is the same as with most pharmacys. I like that they are through the foundation and specialize in CF meds so they know what I am talking about when I call. Also, if you ever user any of the "drug foundations" (such as TOBI Foundation) you may be required to use CF Services anyway.

I have used them in the past & as long as every thing goes smooth with insurance filing & etc it's all great.
I had problems with them because the TOBI & Pulmozyme needed to be filed w/ my medical ins and enzymes, ADEK, etc had to be filed with a Rx program. Well....this was too hard for them to figure out and they would bill the wrong company & get denied. After over a year of me calling, writing letters, etc I finally got them to write off the balance because a year had passed and the ins cos. wouldn't cover claims after a year was up. I no longer use them because I don't want to chance it.
As for filling my Rx and shipping it on a timely basis, that all went great.

Well I have actually had a lot of problems with CF pharmacy. They would mess up orders, not send the right stuff, overbill etc etc. We were very worried about this post transplant because with all the meds we needed a pharmacy that would not make any mistakes so we ended up in the end changing all of our meds to be ordered from someplace else that I actually love and has done a great job. If you change to CF pharmacy you might want to request for one person to handle your orders. That way if you do have a problem you know exactly who to call to get the problem rectified so that your CFer doesn't skip a beat with their meds!

I too had a great deal of problems with the CF pharmcy. It was to the point that I would have to count the meds because routinely, they would short them. Insurance billing was a nightmare too. I agree that, that as long as everything is smooth, they work well.
currently, I use the CF pharmcy out of Florida. I love them! Meds are automatically shipped every month, they will fight insurance on meds they don't want to cover, the participate in all programs. They have been wonderful for us

We have to order from them because of the tobi foundation. We've had problems with reordering, customer service telling us the order was sent (LYING), then we find that the order was never sent 'cuz there was a $15 copay and they didn't know who to bill it to, so they never bothered to send it. They're FOREVER LATE. I used to order ADEKS from them, but they were always overbilling on that. I had autopay on my creditcard, I'd get a bill, call them, end up paying the bill by check, getting credit, then next month a huge bill. Was too confusing. They also refused to send it a few times because vitamins aren't coverend under my insurance. HELLO! I know that, just BILL ME. Thank goodness my local pharmacy can get them. If it weren't for the tobi foundation I wouldn't do business with them. They lie, don't return phone calls or email messages. I can't imagine ordering all my stuff from them, I'd be wayyyy to stressed out.

I have heard from those who use the CF pharmacy in TX that they're great -- I order from the east cost and they ship from Colorado and they're horrible!

i use the one in texas. i love them. i have a few snags here and there. like a med thats late, not a problem if i order it soon enough and if im going to be out soon and they are running late i call them and they check and see where my order is and rush it. once i had a problem with them double billing a shipping charge but it got taken off because it was their error. the person who is over my account is great and always willing to help. i know she is busy but she acts like when i call my stuff is top priority, shes sweet. she has even called me several times when i needed a refill and havent refilled a med yet to see if i still need it or if i forgot to refill. now when i had to call for the billing error i had to call a different number and the person that i got in billing was rude and rushed me, i wound up talking to the lady over my account anyway and she took care of it even though it wasnt her part of the job i guess you could say.

i have heard people that use cf pharmacy out of texas, like florida and somewhere else where they have nothing but trouble and rude personel. Michell is the only one i have ever heard that likes the cf pharmacy out of florida. so i think its one of those things where it depends on who is in charge of your account and who they have working there and of course insurance nightmares.

I use them for Jadens enzymes only and have had no problems at all. Our local pharmacy is awesome about all her other stuff. I talked to them before hand and they were very helpful. I too love the newsletters they send and all the other goodies I get. I reorder online and in 3 days her meds are here.

I would never ever use the cf pharmacy again they have the worst billing system.
I would get large bills for drugs that where covered but they just did not bill my insurance
and then wanted to fight with me over the phone that they billed it but it's not covered.
By the way I used the cf pharmacy in Maryland
