CF t-shirt ideas?

I am would like to create a shirt design in honor of my son to be used for the CF bowl-a-thon and Great Strides walk. I have been looking online and don't really like the ones I have seen cafepress.com and have been trying to look through people's blogs to find a hidden shirt somewhere, but it is becoming very time consuming because then I want to read all about their child! I love reading blogs, but man are they time consuming and one blog just leads to another....one thing for sure, we all love our CF kids to pieces!

Would some of you mind sending me a pic of your Great strides shirt you designed for your child? Thanks, I really appreciate it. God bless!

If you look under my blog on June 23rd I posted pictures of our shirts. It's sort of a check list of who we're walking for, but with stars instead of check boxes. Hopefully you can see the image clearly enough.

I know some of the local teams in our area use the team name -- Logan's Heroes, Miles for Maria....

thanks do you have a link to your blog? There are so many out there! So far today at work, I have done nothing but read blogs! We have a name from last year - Captain Jack's Crew, but I need some cute design..

I understand your pain. =) I did that for months when we were getting ready for our walk. This shirt wasn't the best, but it worked I had hoped for a better picture of our daughter, but...we never could get it right. The picture is of our daughter with all of her pills/treatments daily. Then all around it is said cf warrior. I got the idea from....sorry can't remember (if I did, I would give them the credit). It said CF warrior and her name. Then all around it there were words that explained cf. Germ zapper, pill popper, chest pounder, deep breather, power prayer, mega eater. On the back we made reference to our video that we made and the song-Breathe (by the group of cfer's). I know the answers out there wont you help me please.
They turned out cute and ended up making our team a bit of money. I am already trying to come up with one for next year....uggg tough task.

The year before we just did iron on transfers with a photo of DS and the team name and green shirts. Printed the transfers from our color printer. They weren't very sturdy, but they did the trick until we could figure out a better design.

on the front of our shirts it says "cystic fibrosis" then a pic of my son in the middle, then under it says "together we can make cf stand for cure found" on the back side of the shirt it says "kicks for kaiden" thats our team name, then it has his foot prints, i just put his feet on an ink pad and the place was able to copy them, hope this helps! =)
