CF Tattoos

That's actually very interesting, Liza. I wouldn't have even thought that a tattoo remembering the donor would have been do directly frowned upon. I suppose it makes sense, though.

As for me, there is an alt model I really like named Apnea (google her, I won't provide a link). She is tattooed all over, and one of her tattoos that I love is just three large, filled in squares, all black, on her upper arm. I love a girl with a tattoo, myself. I think it looks fine, and is more accepted today than in the past.
I have thought about getting a single black square on my arm. But to apply it to CF, why not make such a thing purple?

Fun thread (well, maybe not for mothers <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> ).

I can't sit still for anything intricate.

It's not so much the tattoo remembering her donor that is frowned upon by her transplant team as it is just a tattoo in general. Mostly just the possibility of any type of infection. And if she were to go against them and get one anyway then she can kiss any possibility of a second transplant, if it was ever needed, goodbye.

I'll have to take a look at that model.
