Switching clinics is always a tough choice to make. I remember when I switched from the pediatric to adult clinic. You need to go where you'll get the best care you can. I don't know much about the hospital you mentioned, but I hope it goes well for you.
By the way, could you not type in all caps? Not only is it tough to read, but it's considered impolite by standards of internet etiquette (All caps is the internet equivalent of shouting at someone.)

If you do switch clinics, make sure to have all of your medical records transferred over from your current clinic. This is definitely important to do so the new physicians can make well informed decisions regarding your girls care.
