cf is when too much of "thick" mucus gets clogged in between your troat and your lung area and it getts hard for you to breath and that particular thing causes other bad stuff to happen to your body and lungs
sorry i can't get into the details but you can always go to google ans search"cystic fifrosis" in and it will probably give you a lot of info about it.
i remember there was a website that let you see the info about cf ina slideshow and it was wayyy easier but i 4got so im reallly sorryy!!
but heyyy, you still have the rest of your life to live so cheer up your self and 4get about the future!! im sure u'll do fine!!
