Check for the flu in your area

Hey there,

I came across this link in an article on how to help prevent the flu and colds this season. The majority of the article said stuff we are all familiar with - i.e. hand washing, vitamins, rest, and some other miscellaneous things. Then the article gave this site.

Apparently if you go to this site and enter your zipcode it will tell the rate of occurance or whatever of viral outbreaks in your area. I checked my zipcode and surrounding zip codes here and they were all low on the outbreak scale lol. I don't know how accurate this is, but thought it was interesting and figured I would pass it along.

It will be interesting to see how accurate it is if anyone uses it or checks it during a time there is a high occurence of flu cases in the area they live in.

Take Care Guys,
Lindsey

Thanks Lindsey for the heads up on this web site. It is interesting! Glad to see my area is low too for outbreak but it is still early in the season.
