Chest Pain...

I had that! I didn't have the ulcer(s), but I had the bacteria and the stomach aches, and my GI was a little shocked, it seemed, that no one had checked me for H. Pylori before! I got treated for it, and now I rarely have a stomach ache (of course, though, I had one today .

Oh, I forgot to mention earlier that I also have adhesions from my surgeries, that occasionally give me stomach aches (usually trapped gas), and I have one that, if I get a stomach bug, or something irritates my tummy, it can tighten up and give me an illius (I've had surgery for it once). So I have a pill (colic medicine-lol) that I take, and if I take it and a couple of gas x's, and it goes away, I can be pretty sure that is all it is.

-Just in case someone has adhesion issues like I do .

Have you found out anything yet and are the pains still there?
I was just curious since I have some of the exact same pains & have always assumed it was gas related.
