this is a recipe my hubby loves i got it from my mom. hope you enjoy!
ingredients needed:
one large can of cream of mushroom
one large can of cream of chicken
sour cream
one can of tyson chicken (i use the white and dark meat can...i think it gives a better flavor)
one box of lasagana noodles
take one box of lasagana noodles and cook them. take one can of cream of mushroom, one can of cream of chicken, one can of tyson chicken, and two dollops of sour cream. mix all of those together in a bowl (i have found that if you use the pot that you cooked the noodles in with the little bit of heat it helps to warm it all up and mix better together and one less bowl to clean). then you start layering. i start with the bottom layer as the cream of mushroom mixture to help the noodles not stick to the bottom of the pan, then a layer of noodles, then a layer of mozz. cheese, and you continue on until you have used all of your noodles. i leave the top layer cheese because it's my preference. once you have finished the layering put the pan in the oven (350 degrees) until the cheese is melted to your liking. hope you enjoy!
