Nope, I won't take my 2 1/2 year old to the one that is about 10 minutes away. And I know many parents of kids without CF who won't take their kids either. The one by me is always crowded and there is no way they can clean every ball in that pit!

I do take Aidan to other amusement parks that are more outside- Great Adventure and we always go to the boardwalk in the summer for the rides. We also do pools, playgrounds, beach, Little Gym ect...Just not Chuckee Cheese yet and hopefully never..

So far we've managed to avoid chuckie cheese -- I think most of the parents of DS's friends feel the same way as we do, so none of the b-day parties have been elsewhere. I was creeped out by it 15 years ago when my non-cfer nieces would go there -- before hand sanitizer. Bleah.

I'm sure one of these days we'll end up going. Once in awhile we end up taking him to the indoor dino climbing park at the mall or the McDonalds play room. We just wipe him down with hand wipes afterwards, discourage the hand to nose to mouth contact. And give him a bath when we get home that night.

Thanks! I really only see Reece playing the arcade games anyways. He alos will probably go on the slides etc. I will NOT let him go in the ball pit, even if he didnt have CF. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
