Thanks for the advice i didn't realise that was how TOBI works i can now see the advantages of taking it twice a day so i'm gonna start doing that.

With the Zithrmax it says to take on an empty stomach or an hour before food so maybe i'll try it with meals and see how it goes.

I know i should really do nebs on holiday. My Compressor is a Profile one quite large and heavy but the hospital are looking into a new one for me which is supposed to speed up the delivery and will help me with the time issue with TOBI.

DS was having similar issues with zithromax recently. I've been making sure he takes it with a snack -- usually with crackers. With warmer weather he hadn't been eating as much and a few times he'd get sick about two hours after taking it.
