Hi Everyone,
I know we have a few tax experts on here (Julie, Loulou) and I'm sure others who probably can help me on this one <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
I'm currently in the mannitol study and in 2009 I earned a total of $150.00(excluding mileage) for participating in the study. Because it's under a certain amount, I didn't receive a 1099 for this. So I guess what I'm wondering is, where do I put this income? We always file online using H&R Block and if I remember correctly there is a place to include income not reported anywhere else so I'm guessing that is where it will go?
Also, just to double-check, my mileage is NOT considered income, correct? I'm just a little concerned because they put the mileage and the stipend for the visits on the same checks, instead of issuing separate checks for mileage.
Ok, sorry I've gotten wordy as usual!
Thanks in advance,
Autumn
