Most of the "junior" stores work well. Also, web sites like Nordstrom (click on Brass Plum) and Forever21.com are handy.

I agree it is hard to find professional wear - the teen sections of stores are fine for casual wear but don't really cut it for business. I've found that shopping in Macy's or Bloomingdales in Manhattan helps - seriously - I think they must have a lot of anorexic female execs in the area as the store has quite a good range of business attire in a petite 0 or a 2. Not that handy if you live in California admittedly but generally the more upscale the store the smaller the dress sizes <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

I'm a clothes freak and I forgot to mention one fo my fave stores.

Bebe. Try them. They make clothes for petite petite but oh so cute. Check online. I don't know where you live, but in the US they're evrywhere.
