Just curious for those who have used colistin, what dose do you use? How many MG's? Also, do you do inhaled colistin while on colistin IV's? Kim

In paeds I took 1mega, twice daily. In adults I took 2mega, twice daily.

I have been on IV coloistin WITH nebulised a few times before <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
