99.9% of the time, the product manufacturers also provide service and parts for the products. The 0.1% would be the product being obsolete or no longer being manufactured. In that case, they only have a low supply of replacement parts for the product in that case.
As for replacing a filter, which is probably not cheap, ever consider asking if the compressor filters can be cleaned before having to be replaced?
Just a thought.
