Humor me. Let's pretend, that just for a second...You have an all knowing being, all powerful, that is willing to talk to you, and share his/her knowledge with you. If you had one chance to ask that being anything, what would you ask them? Remember, you only have ONE question. Nothing else applies. Date, time, finances, racism, discrimination, NOTHING applies.

Pretend that the answer given to you is the truth. Regardless of your judgmental religious background, lets pretend you get a free answer to the very most complex questions is reviewed as truth. Again, you have ONE question to ask. What is it? Of course to make this situation more realistic, you should ask from the perspective of yourself. Meaning: If you can't stand the military, you wouldn't normally have a portion of your life time spent by talking to these people. There is a ton involved in it. I just want to hear what you have to say. I know what the ultra religious will say. They are as welcomed as the next breath. But to be honest, I want to hear from other people. I want to hear from other spiritual people that are just as questioning as myself.

Wow, The question is pretty messed. But in order to contribute anything, you must have a deep perspective. There was an old Twilight Zone episode, where there was several people in one room, a circular room, and they were extremely varied. A clown, a military guy, a beauty pageant woman, a Scottish guy with bagpipes...

The whole episode is them going insane, wanting to know where they are...And further seperating themselves from their fellow man in the same situation. The biggest, driving point in the whole episode, is that all of them *MUST* know where they are. And then lesser WHO then are. And then even more lesser, WHY they are.

As for my overall question that I would ask? I would ask: (remember you can't ask a dual question. It's one or none)

"Does anything matter?"

Does= purpose. Anything = everything. Matter = the general same point of does, but stationary/substantially. It's all equivocal. If I hear that *ANYTHING* matters, then in turn, I also matter. The thoughts I once had matter. Those who were connected to me also matter. It's the ultimate query. There is around 600 BILLION stars in our galaxy. There is also around 600 BILLION galaxies in our known universe (granted known = what we think now).

Even if you greatly extrapolate the data, a very small percentage of 600 billion * 600 billion is???? Yeah...It's a VERY large number. Now apply Drake's equation to that data. See how many hits are supposed to be there (as in any form of life - Fungus, bacteria, etc etc). Now go a step further, is there life forms there that are sentient/intelligent? Let's say we further extrapolate our date. What used to be 80% is now 70%. Let's go even further down the tree...After many parts of existing, you realize the best your fellow humans have done, it still is lacking. You realize, that with time and space time and general distance and the realization of technology...It still comes down to YOU not knowing anything, and there is someone giving you a free ride in this area...

What do you ask them???
