Cornstarch Powder

I didn't use powder on DS 'cuz I was concerned with him breathing it in. Just used a triple paste cream on his bottom to keep that dry.

I read that the concern about regular baby powder is the particles it is made of going into anyones lungs (cfer or not) is like breathing in shards of glass. I guess the corn starch powder is different. We have an appointment on Monday with CF clinic, so I'll ask them. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I read that the concern about regular baby powder is the particles it is made of going into anyones lungs (cfer or not) is like breathing in shards of glass. I guess the corn starch powder is different. We have an appointment on Monday with CF clinic, so I'll ask them. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I also did not use powders because the clinic told us it wasn't good for my son to inhale. I'd be curious as to what your doctor tells you.
