IVF doctors and centers vary TREMENDOUSLY in their prices (and quality/ethics). Your best bet would probably be 1st Ambry which will run you 3K, then research IVF doctors since if you choose PGD many will not do it.
Then call ask how much for a consult and save that $, have consult and THEN ask how much for the 'whole deal'. The first two steps can be done quickly and will give you something 'concrete' to work towards. Some clinics also have a 'plan' where you can pay more for a guaranteed 3 cycles. Keep in mind the medications can be almost as much as a cycle depending on what you need.
