coughing=pee LoL

hahaha do any of you sneese and pee at the same time? like..i could be ANYWHERE (litteraly) and ill sneese and pee my pants...or cough...i HATE IT i have a weak bladder as it is...i wanna take pills or something to help me -nodds- but i dont think i can...-shrugs- ohwell...

Brandi, I have this problem ALL THE TIME! Whenever I cough too hard, I pee my pants - not so much with sneezing. In fact it's kind of routine for me now that when I come up the stairs to my apartment, I walk right over to the sink because I know I'm going to cough, pee my pants, and occaisionally throw up; then I have to go change my pants because I just emptied half my bladder! It's really embarrasing in public. Luckily I've never had any huge "spots" that I couldn't hide while in public.

I hate when it happens, I always go before I do my vest or exercise, cause I know what will happen if I don't. Has any one tried kegel exercises?

I forget the name of it but there is that medication that makes it so you don't have to pee all the time. There are commercials for it all the time.

-nodds- i was told to do the 'kegel' exercises..but it doesnt do CRAP for me...i laugh at almost anything...litteraly...and i pee my pants more then any other girl i know..ive never seen any advertisements for that stuff...-shrugs- i want it...and lindsey im sorry you throw up <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> thats too bad...-shrugs- i was thinking about going with the diapers -giggles-

hahaha yeah i know i was like "omg i really do have problems" and my doctors tell me they cant do anything about it...it pisses me off <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I have a chest infection at the moment and last night I was coughing and I was trying to get something up but then, all of a sudden I needed to go, right in the middle of my coughing so I crossed my legs but unfortunately it didnt work<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> and it was too late <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> and then I had to change my pyjamas. Its really embarrassing and I can see some people may laugh but I felt so, omg, stupid <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> I hope its a long time before it happens again!!!!

heh..i think its HALARIOUS...but i think its halarious when i pee my pants too..even in public..i laugh like a mad man...but yes..i can see how THAT gets annoying...i hate it when that happens...
