just an FYI...
distilled water is not sterile. if you are making 9% saline with distilled water as I think I read consider boiling the water for 15 min. to make it sterile. tap water has pseudomonas in it so potentially distilled water could too since it only has minerals removed from it. in my opinion, the risk isn't worth it.
