You need to contact your doctor right away and some on this board would tell you to go the ER. I hope someone else posts cuz some have an "amount" forumula for when to call. I let docs know whenever it happens to me just to be safe. Don't be alarmed about it. You just don't want it to cause a problem with your breathing and you CAN'T ignore it. You need to know what is going on. It has happened to me and many on this board. You may need a supplement of vitamin K and you may have an infection of some sort brewing that needs attention.
