Does anyone have the contact information for the Creon vitamin program? My daughter use to take Ultrase and we got her ADEKs free but she is now on Creon. I filled out the application/info card a few weeks ago and still no vitamins. I tried looking on line and finally found a number for Abbot, but they couldn't even get me a phone number...ugh!! Any help would be very much appreciated :)

thanks!

We use the Creon Program. It is through SolvayCares in Marietta, GA. I do not have the phone number on any of my forms, but did a google search and came up with 770-578-9000. I Hope it works. I'll include a link to the search page...this is the address I use send my forms to.

I seem to recall it took about 3-4 weeks to get our order the first time. Sent it in the end of August and got it about September 18th. I just got a letter from abbott that indicated the service would be the same -- they're calling CFcareForward. The phone number for customer service is 1-800 241-1643. Same address as before.

Just got our Carnation Instant Breakfast VHC and Source CF vitamins. Looks like the renewal form doesn't cover CIB VHC anymore and has pediasure and ensure listed...

I don't know if this is relevant, but back before we realized we could get her vitamins through the military pharmacy, we got her creon and vitamins through the CFF. You could try them, at the very least, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

They still have the same vitamin choices, it's just the beverage brand has changed from Carnation Instant Breakfast to Pediasure and Ensure, which is what abbott makes....
