<br />i think king is one of many manufacturers of intal, but maybe i'm wrong. i'm going to have to investigate this further.

finally someone else with this issue!
My pharmacist has not been able to get cromolyn sodium for the last 3 months. I was using the DEY brand cromolyn sodium.
I'm in the southeast (SC)
Unfortunatly I nor my pharmacist has been able to find out anything as far as whether its discontinued or what

Yes, I had this problem too (in MN). It was discontinued (everywhere). My doctor just had me replace the cromolyn I was using with saline. Apparently (what I was told), the cromolyn was used to help treat asthma problems, as it was assumed that all CFers had asthma problems. If I noticed any problems by not taking it, then I was to call back and they would get me an inhaler to use when needed.
I have not had any problems (that I've noticed) not using the cromolyn to date.
