Crying like a Idiot

So true for me too. It just happens sometimes. My thought is that we spend so much of the time trying to hold things together, sometimes we just need to release it. Its important, but yes you feel so silly when it happens.

I can relate and I think it is a good thing to get it out. Like the other posters, I think we try so hard to keep everything together and stay "strong" but that eventually wears us down. It's so scary to think about but you are not alone..

Ann,

I cant say i know exactly how you feel since i am the one w/ cf and not one of my children.. But there have been many times throughout the last 33 years that i have had a fear of something terrible happening to one of them and the thought is so frightening

You and Adam are in my thoughts and prayers.. {{{{{{Hugs}}}}}to you.. Take care & God Bless you both..

Well....just like Joni I dont understand having a child with CF, BUT just being a Mom I know a % of your fears.

I think now that things have "quited" down & you are not on "auto pilot" that things are catching up.

I find this is normal & for what its worth healthy to do.

Let the tears flow....we all will offer the shoulder to cry on, the tissues to blow in and the laughter for when you are done!
