Does anyone know about the dosing for that?

Does is come in a form that I could mix in with something?

Not to hijack but I've also heard about Florastor but I haven't given either to Eli yet.

We gave 1/2 cap daily (it is powder in capsule) of culterelle until he was 1 year mixed in his applesauce in the AM before eating. Then we gave a whole cap the second year and he is still on that dose at 2 1/2. The KidDophilus (chewable) and some other brands are geared toward kids 1 so up I think so they would probably have it on their label.
