I thought this name was cute as many of you like puppies. I was in a sort of fun mood when I thought of this workout routine. I hope you enjoy and you can work up a sweat too.

Choose your favorite doorway of your home. Place your hands chest level on each part of your doorway frame. Take deep breaths while you gently wipe your feet off the floor. Just like when a puppy is digging his paws into the ground.

This exercise is aerobic and grounding at the same time.

Always start of slowly and remember to breathe in and out slowly and if you are able to practice faster, pay attention to your breathing.

You can also march in place while holding onto the doorway. You will feel your chest and back muscles working. You can move your arms to different heights but be careful as you do not want to pull anything when you are just starting out.

Another way of practicing, You can keep focussed on one foot placed down on the floor while your other foot gently slides touching your other foot. Alternate foot steps. Also keep your hands on doorway for balance and additional benefits. What I am describing is similar to ice skating.

This will be more challenging if you have carpet. Tile works best. Your mom might be upset if you dig up her carpet. ouch
