Jody that is a great article. I am able to keep my glucose under 138 by controlling how many carbs I have at one time. I have not lost any weight (great thing for me).

When the body has yeast, people will crave sugar because sugar feeds the yeast. The body is saying feed me so I can grow more yeast.

Once you break the cycle, your body will no longer crave sweets.

I noticed the same for salt. The more salt I eat, the more my body craves it.
