Hey Guys. Here is the protein shake that I have every night before bed.
It has about 500-600 calories in it and tastes awesome for what its worth.
2 frozen bananas(pref semi frozen or you will break the blender-learnt the hard way)
250 mils of water with ice forming about a quarter of that.(more ice will make the drink thicker.
2 scoops of Optimum Nutritions Egg protein(44 grams of protein)
5 desert spoons of avocado oil
50 grams of crushed almonds
1 scoop of a sorbet of your choice(I use Mango)
sprinkle of cinnamon(supposed to be good for Cfs)
Mix water and protein in blender,then add nuts, oil, cinnamon and mix. finally add bananas and sorbet.
Thats how I do it and it goes down well.
