Dance A Thon

I had a dream last night that all of us on here joined together & help in a mini dance a thon to raise $$ for CF. Our celebrity spokesperson was Ellen DeGenerous. I guess she was in it because she loves to dance. That is the one thing I miss most about my latest problems with my health is the ease in which I use tobe able dance. On Wednesday nites near us we have an outdoor band concert in the Summer (rain or shine) & the band is made up of people from the community anywhere from 8 years old to 88 years old. My sister & I always use to dance the "polka" in the street. We had been in the local paper many times. The last few year my sisters job kept her away so we would miss them. This past Wednesday we went & I didnt plan on dancing because I knew my airways were not open enough. Once that Polka music started, my feel followed. I managed to get through the whole thing, but I thought I was going to pass out. My Mom heard I danced & was furious with me. I'm sorry, but music/dancing is in my blood. Anyway I think the band concert is what got my head going with the dance a thon. I just had to share it!.

I don't think there's anything wrong w/ you dancing. Just know your limits.
I say the more exercise we can get, the better<img src="i/expressions/musicnote.gif" border="0">
