Dark circles under eyes????

I have dark circles in my baby pictures! They do get worse with lack of sleep, sickness and allergies. Mine are so bad that I may go out of the house once a year without concealer (hospital stays don't count )! Otherwise, I really do look like I'm feeling like crud, even when I'm not, and people I see regularly (like at the walmart checkout and the library -heh) ask me if I'm okay *sigh*. Having very pale skin does not help!

Hi, Think back to the past when your husband has gotten the circles under his eyes... was he soon diagnosed with an exacerbation? I hadn't noticed but someone else noticed that when Anna got dark circles under her eyes that it always seemed to happen around the time when she soon would be put on antibiotics or admitted. I started to keep a watch after that and sure enough it seemed to coincide with her starting to not feel well, coughing more, more at night thus not getting a decent nights sleep etc. The circles would lighten up and go away as she got better. That stayed true up to her transplant. Just a thought for your husband.

I have dark circles under my eyes as well. They turn red when I get sick. And black when Im extremely exhausted. I havent seen a cfer yet who didnt have them! I'm sure that there are quite a few people who dont have cf, but have the circles. I believe that they usually come from what other people have mentioned. Not enough sleep, lack of nutrition, etc. Its actually pretty common thing to deal with now.
