We do albuterol/atrovent while doing the vest/cpt and in the morning instead of strapping the vest on ds, I still do CPT/nebs while he's sleeping, so he gets an extra hour and a half of sleep before we head out the door. And when DH has been out of town, I have slipped the vest on DS while he sleeps in the morning, hasn't awakened, but was rather restless.

It amazes me how my son can sleep with that vest going! Usually, in the mornings he wakes up during the vest (he actually prefers for me to wake him up while doing his vest so he can watch cartoons). The CPT is pretty effective at waking him up!!! Often, in the evenings it has the reverse effect. I have to make sure he is ready for bed and in his pajamas before I start his vest, because he will often fall asleep at the end of the day while doing his vest.
