Can he come to one of your doctor appt's and let the dr. tell your stepson? (Or ask him if he would want his daughter to sit in a waiting room full of sick people!?!?) Could you wear a mask when she is there and showing symptoms of an illness? This is a hard situation...I am sorry you have to deal with it.
