We also have no choice in terms of our insurance; however, there must be some sort of appeal process. In our case there was no alternative medication, so an exception was filed. And we're still going thru the process of appealing despite being told there are no further appeals because they haven't provided us with any information from our policy manual to document why it's been denied. Just their say so....
