....that 5 minutes bouncing on a trampoline is equivilent to 15 minutes jogging..!?!? it supried me just thought id share it! i feel much better knowing that ive burnt off the same amount of calories as i would if i had been jogging!

ok so maybe i phrased it wrong but yeah i meant as in excersing, i just thought id share some facts, as i know a lot of people do go to the gym and keep fit. And like they like me like to keep active. If it means trading the tredmill for a trampoline then i would definatly do it. okey!

Guess I'll be doing some trampoline jumping then. My daughter got one for Christmas. We are waiting on it to warm up before we put it up. We live in Illinois so it is still cold here. I too would trade in walking for the trampoline! Thanks for the info!

Yes some of us do need to lose weight even with CF. I don't have ANY problems keeping weight on. About 15lbs over. So I'm glad for the info. Thanks.
