Check out my blog...it has some info on omega 3 and probiotics and other things we do to maintain good health...
As far as the vest..from what I have heard...it is basically the same as doing CPT yourself...it is just a lot easier and helps patients and family members to be more compliant.

We just had our yearly cheque up in the cf center - hospital.
This time I was told I acctually do good to supplmenet synbiotics (probiotics) and omega3 daily even if this was not prescribed before. They did not say about mickroelements but told me to contact the diabetic after the results come.
Since it was not prescribed I use amounts recommended for healthy children of the same age.
Also, the docs where thrilled to hear we've been using AquAdek's for the past year - when I asked before - i heard "if you can afford it - you can use it..."
Guess - something is changing.
Asia results came out great.She is now 15,5 kg and 99 cm tall! She has a small infection but nothing to worry and no antybiotics to take or inhale so far. We'll have most of the results in about 2 weeks so I still have to wait a bit to be sure. Maybe we'll have to take enzymes for a month - but not likely - as the doc said.
Thank you all again - for You made me more sure to use these supplements when the docs didn't seem to think it important.
