Welshwitch...You are not alone in the weight department. I am about your same height and weight. I have been trying to just lose a few and stabilize what seems to be an out of control appetite. Good suggestions from my fellow CFers: trailmix, frozen grapes, trying not to eat after dinner, healthy fatty foods. I am right where I was a few months ago though, ughh! We all feel for you though.
