If I had to deal through the Bethesda office, I'd have switched several years ago. However, about the time I was ready to throw in the hat, they opened the Alabama division. I like dealing with them just fine. The billing still comes out of Bethesda, though, and occasionally it is enough to make me throw in the towel with them.

Foundation Care Pharmacy hands down is the best. Their customer service is AMAZING. They work with insurance. They take care of everything and they are so caring!!! They also send you some free stuff with orders like vitamins,pari LC plus nebs and hyper sal. Tell them Jennifer sent you!!!!

Bethesda was who we dealt with as well. Their billing and lack of customer service was so stressful. I think I still have a credit with them because sometimes they'd charge my credit card, but then send me a bill, I'd give in and pay it and find I had a credit. But again, I've heard marvelous things about the Texas branch.

Liza, does someone have to be there to sign? Because no one is at my house until 3 pm. Also, won't they leave a notice on the door that they tried to deliver?

I'm pretty sure delivery was thru UPS next day air and we weren't around when it was delivered; however, we knew what day it was expected -- or at least the day the customer service rep told us it was shipped <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> We never had to sign for it. It came in a styrofoam container with those really good polarpac ice packs.
Once the packages were shipped, they arrived safely, intact and still cold. It was just getting a clear answer on when they were shipped that was stressful.

Today, I called the pharmacy 4 times and left several messages for an elusive "representative" who was the "only one who could tell me why my order had not been shipped." I was livid. Finally, after calling from 5 am my time until 1:40 pm my time (I live in AK.), I was able to talk to her and she said it would be shipped today and arrive tomorrow. She said the pharmacy had not issued a tracking number yet. Since it was 10 minutes before closing, I really do not believe it will arrive tomorrow. I think they were just trying to get me to quit bugging them. Oh well, I am very disappointed and will be switching pharmacies. In the meantime, I guess it will be to the hospital for me.

The exact same thing happened to me! We got told they sent it when indeed they did not- and I got it one week later than I should have.
