Disney

We have an opportunity to go to Disney at the end of the month (as long as Faith is able to go). Does anyone have any hints or suggestions on what to do. We'll be coming home with IV's and were told she can't get in the water, so no water park. I called Disney and they told me we can go to Guest Services when we get there and get a "badge" that will help us get to the front of the line. I'm sure that will help not having to spend a lot of time there and throwing chest pt's in there as well. But anything else that may help us give her a nice vacation. She's not happy that she's spent most of her summer in the hospital.

Your help is most appreciative!

oh bless her , she deserves a holiday it is tiring walking around there and with the heat and humidity to cope with aswell yikes!!!!!!. we went when joe was 5 and we bought a buggy in walgreens for the theme parks. he wasn't diagnosed then either but we knew he would moan about the walking and we were right. LOL. is your daughter unwell enough to want to use a chair ? 'cos that would make it easier on her. i hope others can be more helpful than me , sorry

Hi Carol! I am excited for your family. My son just turned a year and I started a Disney savings account when he was just weeks old. Of course my son is only a year so I obviously will not be much help with Disney and CF. However, from my past experience I would recommend purchasing a multi-day pass (if you can) therefore you do not have to feel rushed to see everything in one day. They have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. When I was in the 3rd grade I pulled the sword out of the stone and was given a free child's admission. Well...I did not return until my senior year in High School. My parents brought that pass and thought maybe Disney would just give them a discount on an adult ticket...instead Disney gave me free admission and I was 18! They also have a wonderful parade every night followed by the most amazing fireworks you will ever see. Again, try to purchase a multi-day pass so you and escpecially Faith do not feel rushed. Have fun!!!!
