I work out 5 days a week that consists of cardio for 1/2 hour and weight training for another 1/2 hour . I find this helps me feel good. I know I am starting to feel bad when my work outs are hard to do. By staying fit, yearly tune ups, getting alot of sleep, no full time job and eating well, I have been able to maintain and feel pretty good. It is funny though, I can feel really good, but when its bad it is soooooo bad. I thank God for letting me be able to get back to my borderline, even if it takes over a month when I am sick. I believe it is Gods Grace in letting me get sooooo sick, but then helping me get back to feeling 100%!! It takes sooooo much effort especially as you get older, I have noticed it takes over a month to get back to baseline. But, at least God lets me get there! Well I could go on and on.....
