The question is how much do you weigh now and how tall are you and how old are you. This will determine whats the best way to loose weight. Now if you dont weigh that much but for some reason feel kinda flabby, maybe you are skinny but lets say your stomach has a tiny pooch or you just feel you need some tone...thats also something you have to look at differently. If you want to just tone up a bit and not really loose weight alot there are certain exersises you can do to tone up (it makes it look like you lost weight when you didnt as well). So I say give a little more info on excatly what you want to do, how much you weigh, hieght and age so that we can help you better. That way none of us will tell you something that can hurt you.
