Does anyone drink Mucomyst everday?

here is what warwick prescribes for normal usage of oral NAC Mucomyst:

three times a day of one of the following:
--one NAC capsule size 500, 600, 800, or 1,000 mg.
--two teaspoons of 10% solution of Mucomyst
--one teaspoon of 20% soulution of Mucomyst

to the original poster...it definitly seem like maybe you are taking too much, or are not spreading out what you are taking throughout the day.

also, my doctor said you are supposed to dilute it (cola, fresca) to a 5% level which means add at least 3 times as much coke to the medicine, although you can add more.

See now this is something I don't understand. Why would anyone drink it if you could take it in a capsule? I am thinking of going on it and was wondering that. Are the capsules hard to find or expensive?

I currently take it NAC capsules and am considering getting mucomyst to drink rather than taking oraly, they aren't hard to find and not overly expensive, but it is a quality issue with me. Not that I think what I am takinging isn't made ok but I'd rather be sure of what it is I am taking.

Sue, the thing is that the Mucomyst is a regulated drug while oral NAC (unless bought in a country besides the U.S. that regulates their suppliments) is an unregulated substance so you don't really know what you're getting.

i think some people, or at least i am in this boat, am trying mucomyst to see if i notice an improvment; then, if i do, i may pony up the money to order the pills from abroad.
