I have been feeling really dizzy all day long today and couldnt figure out why . I have always had a slightly low blood pressure due to hypothyroidism, but I checked it and it was 81/40 isnt that pretty low . Usually it gets pretty low when I'm on Vanc but im not on it.

My son has very low blood pressure. His doctor says that as long as he isn't experiencing any symptoms, he's fine. Since you are, you should let your doctor know ASAP. Also be sure you are staying hydrated because that can just add to the symptoms. Hope this helps and you feel better, Janelle

I'm a 48 YR female - diagnosed at 37. I have very low blood pressure and have for as long as I can remember. For an adult normal is 120 over 80. I'm 90 over 60 or lower on a regular basis. It's my norm. When I was younger I would faint occasionally. I was quite underweight and if I got up quickly I'd have dizzy spells. I'm still slim as an adult and still have the occasional dizzy spell. If I skip meals it's worse. When I was pregnant with my 2 children my blood pressure still remained very low - even during labour. I would let your doctor know since you are having the dizzy spells all day long. Are you on any antibiotics? When I was on azthromycin last year one of the side effects was dizziness so I went off and switched to another antibiotic.

I was on azithromycin but I went off because of ringing in my ears . I have had low blood pressure for while . I thought it was b/c of my hypothyroidism it used to run around 95/ 55but it was really low 2 days ago (80/40).im thinking may have something to do with the trazadone and Paxil I'm on and taking ibuprofin
