Does anyone go to CHOP?

We also go to CHOP. We see Dr. Beck & Dr. Caboot and love them. The rest of the team is wonderful too. They genuinely care about us and every aspect of living with CF. Also, during MJ's two hospitalizations the floor nurses have been wonderful.

I do agree with Debbie - YOU have to be comfortable with your team.

My daughter goes to chop for my granddaugher. She has no problems with them and is very happy with her daughter's care. She also has Dr. Rubenstein and his team. They reply very quickly for any problems or questions that she has.

Although I don't have experience with any of the other clinics, I highly recommend CHOP. We see Dr. Beck and Dr. Nino and I am very happy and satisfied. The care is very individualized and the entire team is caring and supportive. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Another great option is Dr. Tom Scanlin at Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ. He was the head of CHOP's center for many years, but left for what I'm guessing were political reasons. He's very aggressive and more 'outside the box'. I highly recommend him.
