You may want to read about chlorella... and Chlorella Growth Factor. It could help you during this time of sleep loss, as it provides for you many of the same attributes as Growth Hormone... a hormone that is released after exercise, or during our deepest sleep (which you may not be having at this time). Sleep is important for so many reasons, but there are times when you are not going to get all you need, and taking a supplement (or green drink) with Chlorella Growth Factor could really help. I find it helps my young son (2 years w/CF), as he still has restless nights.
