I was going to write a post about nebs the other day.

I was wondering how many nebs all you guys did in a day? Even though i dont work, i still find it sometimes difficult to fit them all in my day.

In total i do 4 nebs, sometimes 5. i do 2Meropenem nebs, 1Hypertonic and my Pulmozyme. What do you do if you want to go shopping with friends one day or you visit family?

Nicola, I also do not work and do four nebs, plus CPT, twice a day. Albuterol, Pulmozyme, HS, then CPT and Colistin. Takes about 2 hours. As far as making time to do my treatments and go out, if I know my outing it going to be in the morning, I just get up two hours earlier than normal and get the nebs out of the way. If its an evening activity, I try to do my treatment beforehand so I don't have to worry about it when I get home.

Actually, that was my line! LOL!

Mel,
it would actually cost me less to do treatments here than to head back to the U.S. at this point. (thanks for the suggestion, though!)

cdale613, and everyone else,
thanks for some of the ideas, and ways to which you manage your nebs in your schedule. If I have to pay for my own compressor, I'll look into the portable type. This way, I would only need one compressor and I can take it on my business trips...maybe have to do it on the bullet train, but I can probably handle that one.
Currently, no one in the company knows OF my disease, much less WHAT IT IS. I think some of the guys in the French company may have heard about it, but I'm not quite ready to reveal that yet. I'd feel a little odd doing the nebs on the train, but less odd if I had some place at work to do it, if not at my desk. Since I see very ODD people on the train, I'd probably actually feel more comfortable doing it at work.
