lynsey it really isn't very hard to get set up with an inverter, just go purchase one rated for at least 200 watts, you can plug that into the cigarette lighter and then just plug your nebulizer into it or your vest. and if you want to be able to do both at the same time or have something bigger just go purchase yourself a larger one i would get a 1000 watt one and take it to a mechanic or car audio place and tell them you want it installed, and it shouldn't cost too much and it will have all the wires hidden and hopefully fused.
