Effects of humidity on people with CF

Does anyone know of any studies on this particular topic? It seems like there would be some kind of evidence out there....we asked our pulm this a while ago but she didn't seem to have any suggestions. She did mention being more careful about mold in humid areas, but nothing about the benefit of dry vs. humid...

My 6 month old son w/CF has a horrible time in the hot, humid temps in Michigan. In fact, last night he was screaming and could not sleep, couldn't breathe, so we moved him into an air conditioned room and he was fine. I would imagine that Abu Dhabi would be worse than Michigan, so I wouldn't recommend it!
