I am starting a course of Cayston and although in the past I have used it twice a day, since I have been sick...I want to "do it up" and really kill the bugs in my system.  The problem is my work schedule at least this week is 9-5 type deal (although I do work retail so some days will be different).  The only way for me to fit three times a day is to do it in my car on lunch.<div><br></div><div>Any suggestions as to adapters you use?  And where do you get them?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</div>

<br>The eflow runs on AA batteries, but I find they run out very quickly, so that could get expensive. I found an adapter in my local Rite Aid pharmacy that will work in the car. It plugs into the cigarette lighter. On the other side is an outlet for a regular AC plug, so your regular eflow plug could be used in the car. The adapter is made by Duracell, and I paid $26.99 for it. As long as Cayston is spaced four hours apart, you're fine. I find that I often forget my afternoon dose, so if I do it at 7 p.m., I just have to stay up a little later to get in the last dose around 11 or 12.  Martha43 w/CF, mom to 3 kids, no CF

Easiest way is to get a power inverter. I have something like this, although I have only used it for nebbing on a long trip.

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=15529721&findingMethod=rr

This one I quickly found is nice since you can still charge your phone if it plugs into USB. If you ever wanted to say run your vest in the car I believe you need to step up to an inverter that provides 400 watts of continuous power. They are a little bigger and can have a louder fan, but I guess the sound does not matter if you are doing a vest.

I use energizer rechargeable batteries, got them at Sams ove a yr. ago like $10. for pack of 12 batteries. Already had charger to recharge double A batteries. Get about 3-4 wks out of each charge. Still on the 1st set of four batteries. I use batteries for all Cayston and Tobi, do not use AC adapter. Three Cayston per day or two tobi each day.

Oh my Gosh...I am dumb! I totally forgot about the batteries! HAHAHA...

I have used Eflow on batteries and it does NOT last long, but if it's only one dose a day, I should be ok.

Thanks all!
