eflow issue

My eflow keeps shutting off while I am using it.  It flashes the problem with connection between it and the handheld piece with the grey wire.  Anyway, I have disconnected and reconnected everything multiple times, cleaned it thoroughly with soap, water, and the head with alcohol, as well as sterilized it with the NUK.  But it still keeps shutting off multiple times, like every 20 seconds or so.  Has anyone experienced this?  Is there anything else to try before contacting the pharmacy?  Has anyone sent theirs back and got a replacement and how much time will it take?  Thanks in advance.

Try replacing just the grey lead. I did this when having the same problem.

The grey lead had corrosion (green color) on the contacts which clip onto the eflow head.
We also replaced a second lead because the strain relief was worn out and some wires must have broken inside the connector- Btw...
(This is what my husband told me told. but may not the case with yours but worth a shoot! B/c cable is quite cheap!)

I have had this problem before and it was the black adapter plug that goes into the eflow controller and then plugs into the wall. If you get your stuff from Foundation Care Pharm they should be able to send you a new one. They are better with sending replacements for Alterra Eflow than TRIO eflow, the contract for Alterra is better, thus the reason you get a new Alterra head with each order and you only get a trio head every 3 months. Good Luck<br>

I've had that problem before, and Foundation Care sent me replacement parts until we figured out what was causing it. I think it was the grey connector, but I don't remember. Contact your pharmacy, and they should send you a replacement.
